The content on this site is provided for general information about Kairos Auto Center and the services we offer. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt it.

An estimate requested through this website is a preliminary figure based on the details and photos you provide. It is not a binding quote or a contract. Final pricing is confirmed only after an in-person inspection of the vehicle, and hidden damage found during teardown can change the scope and cost. We will contact you before performing work beyond an approved estimate.

Repair work begins only after you authorize it. You are responsible for payment of your deductible and of any amount your insurance carrier does not cover, due when the vehicle is picked up unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We work with all major insurance carriers and can handle the claim paperwork on your behalf, but the coverage decision belongs to your insurer. Kairos Auto Center is not responsible for what a carrier chooses to approve, deny, or reimburse.

Repair timelines given verbally or on this site are good-faith estimates. Parts availability, supplemental damage, and insurer approvals can move the completion date. We will keep you updated when a date changes.

We stand behind our workmanship. Ask us for the written warranty that applies to your repair before you pick up the vehicle. Parts are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Damage from later accidents, misuse, or normal wear is not covered.

Please remove valuables before dropping off your vehicle. We are not responsible for personal items left inside. Vehicles left after completion and notification may be subject to storage fees as permitted by Massachusetts law.

Customer reviews shown on this site are published as written by the customer. Before and after photos of repairs are posted with the vehicle owner's permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Kairos Auto Center's liability for any claim relating to this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the related service. Nothing here limits rights you have under Massachusetts consumer protection law.
