If you call or email us, we keep the contact details and the notes needed to quote and complete your repair.

We use your information to prepare your estimate, contact you about your vehicle, coordinate with your insurance carrier or rental provider when you ask us to, and keep a record of the work performed. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

We share information only where it is needed to do the job: your insurance carrier or adjuster when you are filing a claim, parts suppliers and rental partners involved in your repair, and the service providers who host this website and handle our email. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Damage photos are used to estimate your repair. We only publish before and after images on this website or on social media with the vehicle owner's permission.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to function, such as remembering the language you selected. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this page before doing so.

Submitting the estimate form means you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us during a call.

We keep repair and estimate records for as long as needed for warranty, insurance, and accounting purposes. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling or emailing the shop. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access is limited to Kairos Auto Center staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive documents such as full policy or financial records through the website form.
